Quick delivery, value for money and brilliant print

First class printers and the cost of books A+++.
I have had printed over 20 photo books from them over the years and am very happy.

The photo book was very easy to create off-line with Bonusprint's download tool. I love the end product and will keep it for generations to look at.
Ordering was simple too. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 default mandatory titles - Mr or Ms. I'm a Mrs and still proud to be one.

Have recently ordered copies of my first bonus print photo book and I’m very pleased with the quality of the printing, the quick delivery and the company’s outstanding customer service, when I had an issue with receiving a damaged product.

Delivered as expected nothing special

I'm very disappointed with this company. I ordered a photo book 3 weeks ago for a special birthday, which still has not yet arrived. Apparently they have dispatched a replacement, which I also have not yet received. The track and trace number just says 'We have your item at National DC and its on its way'.
I contact customer service and they fob me off every time, I'm unable to escalate the matter to anyone else.
Very disappointing, as I've used Bonusprint previously and been happy with them. I will not be using them again, I still have no product and they are refusing to refund me.

Poor quality and wrong size photos sent

I have purchased many of these photo books and have never been disappointed.

Ridiculous customer service, placed an order and realised straight after it was incorrect and needed to cancel. No help line so it tells you to use the chat box which you can get to position 1 and about to speak to a live agent and no agent arrives to talk to you!!!
They have an email address but that takes two days to respond so too late to use for cancelling order.

Such a waste of money and my order is now going to arrive incorrectly!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
